Note:  Prices are based on original number of individuals in the party.  Prices per person may increase if number in party is reduced.  There may be an attendant charge for groups under 100.  Prices are based on a two-hour function.  Additional labor charges may be added for functions exceeding two hours.

Deposit:  A deposit may be required on some functions.  There will be no refund for events cancelled less than ten days prior to the event.

Cancellation:  If the function is cancelled prior to 48 hours and rescheduled, there is no charge.  If the even is not rescheduled, the customer is responsible for labor and food costs incurred in preparation.

Payment:  Other can C.O.D. orders or prepayments, payment is due net 20 days, unless other arrangements are made prior to the function.  A finance charge of 1.5% per month on any unpaid balance will be charged.  All legal and collection fees for unpaid charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Gratuity:  Gratuities and service charges may apply to some functions.
